Hands-on Gardening Course:

This course is tailored to you and your garden. We’ll talk through what you’d like to achieve in your garden, how much time you’ve got to spend, how confident you are with your gardening skills and have a look at your garden. We can then look at what to cover and how long this might take – it’s totally up to you and fully flexible! The cost of the hands-on gardening course is £35 for each 2 hour session, and I’d recommend a minimum of 4 sessions. (Discounts available.)

About me:

I’m a professional gardener, working in a number of private gardens in and around the lovely town of Seaford, East Sussex. My qualifications include the Royal Horticultural Society’s Certificate in The Principles of Plant Growth, Propagation and Development, I garden, wherever possible, without using herbicides or pesticides and I’m public liability insured.

I also write (when I can find the time!) posts with practical, no-nonsense gardening tips and ideas. You’ll find these in the Gardening Advice section. If you’ve got a question or something you’d like me to cover, please feel free to email me!

My gardening story:

I’ve always loved gardens and the outdoors. When I moved to Seaford with my family we got our first real garden and I started putting my gardening dreams in practice. I was finally able to give up my office job four years ago and have been working as a professional gardener ever since. It’s a privilege to be able to earn my living doing what I love!

I’ve got a special interest in trees (I’m Chair of Seaford Tree Wardens and have helped plant over 1,000 trees in the town), I’ve run a school gardening club and have also worked as a volunteer at the beautiful gardens in Michelham Priory.

I travel to most of my gardening jobs using my electric bike and trailer – you might see me out and about in town!

I hope to hear from you soon!
